Does WebMonster Managed include hosting?
Yes. Managed includes the Business Cloud Hosting (BCH) Core plan and email for your website. If you need more resources, you can upgrade to Pro, Max or another higher BCH plan by paying only the difference from Core. On Enterprise, hosting is specified in your tailored agreement.
Is it expensive?
Only you can answer that: what would happen if your website stopped working? Minutes or hours of worry, lost revenue, calls from customers…

How much faster can you make my website?
We carry out a wide range of WordPress optimisations. In almost all cases, this means very fast loading times, responsive websites and high Google PageSpeed Insights scores.
Sometimes, however, we find slow themes or plugins, too many scripts or other problems. Certain elements may need rebuilding or features changing, which can involve additional costs.
Our speed optimisation service is provided on a best-effort basis. We apply all the optimisations we can, but rebuilding your website with another theme or making major architectural changes isn't included.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
WebMonster Managed and all its included services, including hosting, do not have a money-back guarantee. We carry out optimisation, setup and configuration work specifically for your website, which is not refundable. There is no lock-in period, so you can cancel when you need to.
Are there any hidden costs or lock-in periods?
There's no setup fee or lock-in period. Nor are there any costs we try to hide.
The included hosting is BCH Core. If your website needs more resources or storage, you can upgrade to a higher BCH plan by paying the difference from Core, without changing your Managed plan. We'll explain the additional charge before you purchase the upgrade.
Can I sign up if my website is hosted with another provider?
Managed requires WebMonster hosting so we have the access, security and ability to act that the service needs. We'll move your website to WebMonster for free.
Does WebMonster Managed include content changes?
We don't write copy, edit images or add or change that content on your website. If you or someone on your team has questions about changing content, though, we'll explain how to do it.
