Legal notice

The legal side, in plain English

Throughout our legal pages, you’ll find boxes like this to help you understand the important points without having to decode unfamiliar terms.

They are a reading aid, not a replacement for the full terms alongside them.

In short

What this notice explains

Here you’ll find who is behind WebMonster, how to contact us and the rules for using this website and its content.

If you’re looking for the terms of a service you’d like to purchase, see the general terms and the terms specific to that service.

1. Website operator and contact details

This website is operated by Santiago Ángel Lope del Palacio, trading as WebMonster.

  • Spanish tax identification number (NIF): 5429*****.
  • Business address: Calle Picasso 1, Oficina 5, 28691 Villanueva de la Cañada (Madrid), Spain.
  • Email: [email protected].
  • Website: www.webmonster.io.
  • Customer area and support requests: clientes.webmonster.io.

2. Purpose and purchase of services

This notice identifies the operator and governs use of WebMonster’s public website, which provides information about its services and help resources.

The purchase of services is governed by the General terms and conditions and the specific terms and agreements applicable to each purchase. Participation in the referral programme is governed by the WebMonster Partners terms.

3. Use of the website

Users must use the website lawfully and respect the rights of WebMonster and third parties. Introducing malicious code, accessing systems or data without authorisation, impersonating others or taking action intended to alter, damage or disrupt the website is prohibited.

These website-use rules do not replace the terms governing purchased services, which are set out in their contractual documents.

4. Information and operation

WebMonster will endeavour to keep the website’s information clear and up to date, and will correct errors it identifies. Help content is general in nature and must be interpreted in light of the circumstances of each case.

Commercial information, offers and advertised features are binding to the extent required by the contract and applicable law. This notice does not exclude that binding effect or allow contracts to be changed simply by updating the website.

The website may experience interruptions due to technical incidents or updates. WebMonster will be liable, in accordance with applicable law, for breaches and damage attributable to it. The availability of purchased services is governed by their terms and, where applicable, the Service level agreement.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

Rights in the text, designs, images, logos, mascot, code and other elements of this website belong to WebMonster or their respective rights holders. Browsing the website does not transfer any intellectual or industrial property rights.

Users may view the website and make copies necessary for its normal use. Other uses requiring authorisation, such as reproducing or distributing protected content, require the rights holder’s permission unless permitted by law or an applicable licence.

Third-party trademarks and content remain subject to their respective ownership and terms of use.

6. Third-party links

The website may include links to third-party resources. Including a link does not mean WebMonster operates the linked website or endorses all of its content. Access is subject to that website’s own terms and policies.

WebMonster will exercise the diligence required by law when it becomes aware of unlawful content at links it publishes. You may report an issue using the contact details in section 1.

7. Privacy, cookies and accessibility

The Privacy policy explains the processing of personal data and how to exercise your rights. The Cookie policy describes cookies and the options for managing them. Browsing the website does not, in itself, constitute consent to processing or cookies that require consent.

The website’s accessibility scope and status are described in the Accessibility statement.
